IMPORTANT ASSESSMENT INFORMATION

Online study supports the knowledge component of the Care Certificate standards. The full Care Certificate also requires assessment of what a worker knows and what they do in their role. Workplace competency must be assessed by the learner’s employer or an appropriate workplace assessor.

Completing this online bundle and receiving an Abrams Grp LLP certificate of completion does not, by itself, confirm completion of the full Care Certificate. Employers remain responsible for deciding role-specific training requirements, observing workplace practice, recording competency evidence and confirming achievement against the standards.

WHO IT IS FOR

• New care and healthcare workers building introductory knowledge
• Existing workers refreshing their understanding
• Care homes, domiciliary care providers and healthcare employers supporting induction
• Managers planning structured workforce learning

CERTIFICATE

Learners who meet the online course completion requirements receive an Abrams Grp LLP certificate of completion for this bundle. This is training evidence and should be used alongside the employer’s workplace assessment records.
