How it works
1. Apply
Register as an affiliate and tell us briefly how you connect with healthcare learners, care staff, or care-home employers.
2. Get your link + content pack
Once approved, generate your unique tracking link in seconds and download approved captions, scripts and images — all ready to post.
3. Share and earn
Publish with the required “Ad” disclosure. We track eligible sales for 10 days after each click and pay on completed, non-refunded orders.
Commission & payments
- Rate: 10% commission on eligible net training sales.
- Currency: GBP (£).
- Referral window: 10 days from a qualifying click.
- Commission basis: net sale excluding VAT, delivery, refunds and cancellations.
- When you’re paid: after the refund/cancellation period has passed.
- Minimum payout: £20.
- Payments: by PayPal, once your balance reaches the threshold.
- Self-referrals are not eligible. A clear “Ad” disclosure is required on every promotion.

What you must not promise
To keep every referral compliant, partners must not claim that an online course alone proves workplace competency, completes the full Care Certificate without employer assessment, guarantees employment, or automatically provides CQC compliance. Employers remain responsible for deciding role-specific requirements and assessing workplace competency. Approved copy and a prohibited-claims guide are in your content pack.
